Latin Ladies Foundation of Houston (LLFH) 

Is a nonprofit public organization established in July 2012. It is comprised of General Members, 21 Executive Members and a Board of Directors which includes a General Director, a Financial Director and two Co-Directors.

As of June 2014, LLFH has been recognized by the Internal Revenue Services (IRS) as a nonprofit organization 501 (c)(3) whose source of income is derived from an annual event, donations and membership fees.

Our mission is to support and serve local and international Hispanic community organizations and foundations. All of our members are volunteers, therefore, all of our proceeds are directed exclusively to the charities we fund annually.

Our goal is to garner support from our local community as well as companies and corporations especially with Latin American roots. We aim to create a greater scope of awareness for the charities we currently assist and to offer our resources and voluntary work to other nonprofit foundations.
